Born from a Family Passion
In 1987, Nonna Elena Rossi opened a small trattoria on a cobblestone street in Florence with a single dream: to share the flavors of her grandmother's kitchen with the world. What began as a ten-table restaurant has grown into one of the most celebrated Italian dining experiences in the country.
Today, her grandson Marco carries that legacy forward β trained at Le Cordon Bleu and the kitchens of Rome, he returns every harvest to source ingredients directly from the farms and estates his grandmother trusted for decades.
